At Palletcentrale you can buy new and used pallets and related products, hire pallets and sell surplus pallets. Our modern pallet factory, with a production capacity of more than 2.5 million pallets per year, produces all possible standard and customer-specific pallets. With a wide range, multiple locations and our own pallet factory, the Palletcentrale provides a total pallet solution.
Indicate how many pallets you wish to receive and specify whether the pallets should be heat treated. Once all these details are correct, click on “in shopping cart”. If you want to add several articles to your cart, repeat these steps with the desired products. Check your shopping cart again by clicking on the icon for the forklift truck in the upper right corner. Here you can also delete items and/or adjust the quantity if required. After making adjustments, click on the black button with the text “Update shopping cart”.
If everything is correct, click on the red button at the bottom of the page that reads “continue to checkout”.
Fill in all the required fields on this page. If the delivery address is not the same as the billing address, tick the box at the bottom of the page next to the text “send to a different address”.
After you have entered all the details correctly, you can choose a delivery method. Here you can choose to collect your order in person, or to have it delivered by our carrier.
You can complete the payment by means of the following payment methods:
Direct bank transfer, pay on collection, Bancontact/MisterCash, GiroPay, iDEAL, Maestro, Mastercard, Sofort, Visa. NOTE: some payment methods incur a surcharge!
Once everything is filled in correctly, click on the red button “place order”.
For payments, just follow the instructions on the payment page. Once your payment has been completed you will receive an overview of your order.
If you want to amend your order after it has been placed, it is best to do this as soon as possible by calling +31 (0) 168 357010. (outside office hours by email to info@palletcentrale.nl). If the order has not yet been processed in our logistics process, we may still be able to amend the order. If the order has already been processed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to implement any changes. Always check the order and your details carefully before you complete the order!
If you prefer to collect the products yourself at one of our locations, this is possible. Next to each product, you will see where it can be collected from. If this is not indicated, we advise you to contact our customer service by telephone on +31 (0)168 – 357010. Please note that payment on collection can only be made using cash or by using a PIN card.
Although we always aim to provide you with the best possible service, it can happen that you are not satisfied, and that the delivery needs to be returned. Return shipments must be reported with a returns form. The returns form can be found here. You must report within 14 days of receipt of the order that the order does not meet expectations. After receiving this form, we will contact you about the remainder of the procedure. I return is accepted, you will receive a return number from us that you can state on the returns form which must be enclosed with the shipment.
You will be liable for shipping costs unless we have made an incorrect delivery. If the return product is damaged or incomplete, we will make a charge to repair the product. Depending on the agreements we have made with you about the solution, a replacement product will be sent out, or we will refund the purchase amount (minus any costs for repair) to your account within 10 days.

We will only accept undamaged products in return that have been bought via www.palletcentrale.nl. If the product has been damaged or is incomplete, we may not supply a credit or only credit part of the invoice amount. Exchanges is only possible within 14 days of receipt of the article(s).
Exchange is not possible if:
Articles can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided you meet the requirements for a return shipment. After this period, we do not accept any product returns.
Our orders are dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Orders arriving on Tuesdays or Thursdays before 10 a.m. will be shipped the same day. After the delivery has been passed on to our carrier, you will receive an email with more information about the delivery (note: it may happen that this email ends up in your SPAM box). Within the Netherlands (with the exception of the Waddeneilanden) you can expect to receive the order the next day. Delivery times to Belgium take 1 to 2 working days. It can sometimes happen that an article has a longer delivery time than we have specified, in that case we will discuss with you what the best solution is. If you want to cancel your order, your payment will be credited.
We dispatch our parcel shipments using our own transport or through our regular distribution company.
Delivery takes place on weekdays days between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. The order is delivered to the door on the ground floor. If you are not at home, you will receive a card through the letterbox requesting you to make a new delivery appointment within 5 days. In case of no response, we will send the delivery back on the 6th day.
