Q: Can I contact you personally?A: You can contact us from Monday to Friday on telephone number +31 (0)168 357010. You can also send an email to info@palletcentrale.nl if you have a general question or to webshop@palletcentrale.nl for questions about your online order.

 

Q: What is your delivery time?

A: The delivery time is stated next to the relevant article. Products are dispatched within 2 days as standard.

Q: How can I pay?
A: You can choose from a number of payment methods:

  • iDeal
  • Mastercard & Visa
  • Maestro
  • Bancontact
  • Sofort
  • Giropay
  • Invoice after delivery

Q: How can I return goods?
A: You can find all the information about how to return an order on our customer service page. Looking for the return form? Then click here!

Q: Can I collect the pallets myself?

A: You can collect the pallets yourself. In the product description you will see where the stock is located, and you can only collect the pallets from that location.

Q: What should I do if I am looking for larger numbers that the standard quantities listed?
A: If you are looking for larger quantities, please contact us for a customised quote.

Q: When do I need to use an ISPM15 / HT pallet?
A: ISPM15 / HT pallets must be used if you are sending a pallet anywhere outside Europe, as well as when sending to Switzerland. You can find more information on the SMHV website.

Q: Can I give my surplus pallets to you as well?
A: We buy surplus pallets. Fill in the purchase form and we will get in touch.

Q: Do you arrange international deliveries?
A: If you are using the online shop, you can choose from deliveries in the Netherlands and Belgium. For shipments to other countries, please contact us for a customised quote.

Q: I haven’t received a confirmation email?
A: If you have completed your order, but have not received a confirmation email, then please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find your confirmation email, please contact us on telephone number +31 (0)168357010 or on webshop@palletcentrale.nl

Q: How many Euro pallets will fit inside a lorry?
A: We use various types of vehicles. As standard, we can load 561 Euro pallets inside an enclosed lorry. That works out at 33 stacks of 17 pallets each.

Q: Where can I make a complaint?
A: You can make a complaint by suing the contact form or by telephone to +31 (0)168 357010. These complaints can relate to our products or services.

Q: How long will you take to respond to my complaint?
A: We will respond in detail to complaints within 14 days.

Q: What can I do if I am not satisfied with the way my complaint has been handled?
A: Then you can submit your complaint to Thuiswinkel for mediation via thuiswinkel.org

Q: Can I order from you if I am a private customer?
A: No, we are sorry but that is not possible.
